Rep Ref helps friends run fitness challenges. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as your phone number, display name, handle, profile color, and sign-in identifiers.
- Challenge information such as titles, exercise type, goals, duration, house rules, members, scores, rep logs, invites, and chat messages.
- Device information needed to operate the app, such as push notification tokens and basic diagnostics.
- Subscription status from RevenueCat and Apple so we can unlock Pro features.
Camera And Rep Counting
Rep Ref uses your device camera to count reps. Rep counting is designed to run on-device. Camera frames are not uploaded to Rep Ref servers for rep counting.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To run challenges, invites, leaderboards, chat, reminders, and notifications.
- To provide subscriptions and enforce free/pro feature limits.
- To maintain, debug, secure, and improve Rep Ref.
Sharing
Challenge members can see information that belongs to the shared challenge, including member names, scores, rep logs, and chat messages. We use service providers such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google to operate authentication, storage, notifications, analytics, and subscription features.
Your Choices
You can update parts of your profile in the app, manage notifications in app settings and iOS Settings, and manage subscriptions through the App Store. To request account deletion or data help, contact us.
